| The Bebop Pizza Kitchen family is excited to welcome our home made pizza to the Meridian Kessler and Broad Ripple area! We keep it simple... Here are some basics that help us turn out great tasting pies. Our crust, made fresh daily with just the right touch of Dutch Clover honey is rolled medium thin and cooked in a stone deck oven, resulting in a crisp, yet chewy crust. When The Jazz Kitchen first opened it's doors (1994), a good friend shared his secret for making a great red sauce. Other ingredients include high-quality Grande cheeses (one of the best on the market), sweet italian sausage (straight from Chicago) and fresh produce creating pies that will indulge your senses and appetite. We keep it simple and fresh! Homemade Lasagna In addition to wonderful pizza, we offer homemade lasagna. A delicious and filling creation with four cheeses, ground beef, sausage, fresh herbs and smothered with marinara and asiago sauces. Mmmmm.
